If you’re checking into onsite aeronautical engineering courses, there’s a good chance that you also like to keep track of all of the great inventions that seem to pop up every day. In part one of our series, we went over a few recent inventions that we think are truly groundbreaking. Here are a few more that we’re excited about.
- Although the sky is what gets us most excited, we’re pretty thrilled about the ocean as well. The Ocean Cleanup is currently prototyping a product that will catch trash that’s floating by using the ocean’s natural currents. According to Time Magazine, “internal estimates suggest it could reduce trash by 42% over 10 years.”
- The C-1 Two Wheeled Car is “self-balancing, using two gyroscopes to keep the vehicle upright when stopped.” It combines the safety of a car and adaptability of a motorcycle. It also runs on electricity and can run for 150 to 200 miles on a charge.
- Billing itself as an “enviro-tracker,” the TZOA measures air quality, temperature, humidity, and more. You can pair it with your smartphone to keep track of exactly what’s going on in your environment. The ability to keep track of how clean the air around you is sounds pretty good to us.
As we mentioned in our first post, the advancement of technology in 2016 is simply mind blowing. Are they as stunning as what you’ll learn at one of our onsite aeronautical engineering courses? Why not contact us and sign up for a course today so you can find out for yourself?
